After 25 years in the field of international curating & academia, this is my way of giving back to my tribe or clay-loving artists.
It's my chance to share the wisdom & support I have received from artists, curators, academics, gallerists, coaches & start-up entrepreneurs who have nurtured & mentored me along this incredible journey from my homeland, South Africa.
I gratefully acknowledge inspirational colleagues & mentors from places where I have lived & worked - Australia, Belgium, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel-Palestine, Italy, Japan, Korea, Monaco, the Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, the USA, & the United Kingdom.
2 decades of socially-engaged international curatorial projects & academic research, have led me to critically reflect upon well-being & empathy in art.
These questions subsequently became the focus of my recent Doctoral thesis, & the bedrock of the UNIQUE coaching programs I have developed.
Our programs are transformational havens of well-being, creativity, professional advancement & artistic excellence.
Artists are encouraged to develop original & innovative work... grow their practices & embrace personal & professional abundance.
Our programs are grounded in humanitarian values of solidarity, empathy & trust.
